The International Conference on “Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Ageing” co-organized by Department of Management Sciences of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), presented by Sino International Industrial (Group) HK Limited is now open for registration!

Facing the challenges brought by a rapidly ageing population and increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, many governments are committed to enhancing primary healthcare services as an important line of defence against a wide range of potential public health crises. In this conference, internationally-renowned primary care specialists and scholars are invited to share their insights and experiences on the topics of “Primary Care System & Policy”, “Analytics and Machine Learning – Applications in Healthcare” and “Integrated Care For Successful Ageing”. Visits to local gerontechnology organizations on the following day will enable participants to deep-dive into the development and practical applications of gerontechnology in primary care and elderly services.

由香港城市大學主辦，香港中文大學協辦，華創國際實業(集團)有限公司贊助的「基層醫療生態系統：促進豐盛晚年的綜合照護」國際研討會將於2024年3月22日假尖沙咀美麗華酒店舉行。

面對人口老化和慢性疾病等問題，政府致力加強基層醫療服務作為應對各種潛在公共衛生問題的重要防線。是次研討會旨在匯聚來自多方的醫護專業人員、學者、政策制定者以及不同持分者分享及交流經驗和最佳實踐，以及探討創新的綜合照護發展以應對人口急劇老化的問題。

會議已邀請基層醫療專家Prof. Jose Maria Valderas Martinez、Prof. Timothy Chan及楊永強教授 (Prof. Eng-kiong Yeoh, GBS, OBE, JP) 分享有關「基層醫療系統與政策」、「適用於基層醫療分析與機器學習」及「促進豐盛晚年的綜合照護」 方面的研究與經驗。

會議翌日亦安排參觀樂齡科技機構，讓參加者親身體驗最先進的樂齡科技產品如何融入長者的生活當中。
